Compliance and Safety Wil-Shar Steel erectors is committed to the safety of our employees on the job site. We employ a full time safety officer, authorized OSHA outreach trainer and certified forklift and aerial work platform trainer. Each jobsite superintendant has been confirmed as a competent person on the jobsite. They have each recieved 30-hour OSHA outreach training, equipment certifications and are completely authorized to take prompt corrective action to insure the safety of our employees. Each employee of Wil-Shar Steel Erectors has recieved certification training in fall protection, aerial work platforms and forklift operator where it applies. All employees attend mandatory weekly jobsite safety meetings.
